Build a Strong Warehouse Team.Harrington Bottling Company, a proud Pepsi Bottler, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Personnel Manager to join our Bozeman team. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with experience in warehouse management, workforce planning, employee relations, logistics operations, staffing, and team leadership. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help develop staffing strategies, oversee employee performance, coordinate scheduling, and support operational goals that drive business success.What You'll DoIn this position, you will supervise warehouse associates and support staff while helping create a positive, productive, and engaged workplace. You will be responsible for workforce planning, employee scheduling, labor utilization, training initiatives, and performance management. The role also includes collaborating with warehouse operations, logistics teams, and leadership to ensure staffing levels align with business demands.Additional responsibilities include monitoring attendance and overtime, supporting employee development programs, maintaining workforce metrics, assisting with hiring decisions, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts throughout the warehouse operation.You will also partner with safety leadership to promote compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards while fostering a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.What We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will bring strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage people and priorities in a distribution or warehouse setting.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2 to 5 years of warehouse supervision, warehouse leadership, or personnel management experienceKnowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, staffing, and employee relationsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeExperience in beverage distribution, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, consumer goods, or wholesale distributionFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary throughout the year. The role requires regular movement throughout the facility and active engagement with warehouse personnel and operational teams.
