Job Description

Our client, a well-established and reputable New Hampshire law firm, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, wealth-transfer strategies, and powers of attorney.
* Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs.
* Manage probate proceedings and trust administration from start to finish.
* Conduct client consultations, assess planning objectives, and develop effective long-term solutions.
* Work closely with families, fiduciaries, financial advisors, and firm partners to implement appropriate estate strategies.
* Maintain timely and clear communication with clients throughout the planning or administration process.

Requirements:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in good standing with the NH state bar. Would be a plus if also licensed in MA, but not a requirement.
* 5+ years of experience in trust & estates, probate, or elder law.
* Strong drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
