Position: Operations & Facilities Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL | Salary: $55,000 – $60,000/yr

- Facilities & Site Operations: Keep the grounds safe and thriving through proactive maintenance, vendor oversight, and practical repairs.
- Project Management: Lead site improvement projects; construction or trades experience is a huge plus!
- Guest & Event Support: Manage Admissions scheduling and help bring major signature events to life.

Responsibilities
Facilities & Maintenance Operations - Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor/contractor activities across the grounds.
- Perform hands-on operational duties as needed, including small equipment operation/maintenance, furniture assembly, supply transport, and minor facility repairs.
- Maintain and monitor all grounds and site equipment to ensure safe and continuous operation.
- Keep operational storage areas organized and manage site material supplies.
Project Management - Serve as the primary liaison for contractors, vendors, and construction teams working on site improvements.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensure work follows guidelines, and track project deliverables through completion.
Admissions & Site Coverage - Create and manage weekly schedules for the Admissions Team.
- Step in to support admissions operations during high-traffic periods, staff absences, or coverage gaps.
Event Logistics & Support - Provide operational set-up, tear-down, and logistics support for organization events (such as Glowing Gardens, community programs, and fundraising galas).
- Assist with supply transport and logistics oversight during event setups.
