opportunity for a licensed clinician with leadership potential who wants to grow within this wellness company.

Our Vision & Culture

We envision a world where people are no longer stuck in cycles of fatigue, stress, and
chronic symptoms—where access to functional, personalized healthcare is the norm, not
the exception.

Our values reflect that vision:

• Science-Driven: Our treatments are backed by evidence, not hype
• Empowerment-Focused: We educate and uplift—never pressure
• Integrity Always: We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching
• Relentlessly Innovative: We’re always evolving to serve better

As Assistant Clinic Director, you’ll play a vital role in upholding these values and
delivering on our promise of care that works and care that cares.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
• Motivated to learn, grow, and help others do the same
• Aligned with our mission to transform healthcare into something personal, proactive,
and empowering

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Culture

• Partner with the Clinic Director to cultivate a high-performance, high-heart culture
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training with clarity and kindness
• Help maintain a workplace where every team member feels supported and valued
• Contribute to leadership meetings and culture development initiatives
Clinical Excellence
• Administer IV infusions, IM injections, and other therapies with skill and precision
• Educate patients on treatment protocols, supplement benefits, and long-term wellness
• Maintain exceptional standards for compliance, documentation, and patient safety
Operational Support
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and ordering to keep clinic operations
seamless
• Support the Clinic Director in meeting performance metrics and financial goals
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate on solutions to optimize efficiency
Patient Experience
• Create a calming, informed, and professional experience for every patient
• Build relationships based on trust, transparency, and holistic support
• Address patient concerns with compassion and a problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• 1–2 years of clinical leadership or strong readiness to step into a leadership role
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for functional medicine, integrative health, and people-first care

What You’ll Gain

• A clear path to promotion into Clinic Director and regional roles
• A collaborative, mission-driven workplace that feels like a second home
• Competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• PTO, paid holidays, and employee treatment discounts
• Access to exclusive training in functional medicine and wellness protocols
• The fulfillment of knowing you’re part of something bigger

This Role Is for You If You’re Ready To:

• Step into transformational leadership
• Work in a space where science meets soul
